At Abdchoice, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping details will be shared once your return request is approved.

Restocking Fees:

There is no restocking fee for any returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at help@abdchoice.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Personal care items (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before proceeding.

      -Products marked as Final Clearance (original price at GBP£xx.99).
      -Lingerie, tights, socks, and part of accessories (Belts, bags and shoes are returnable).

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed to qualify for a return.

Matching sets cannot be returned separately.

If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 from the day you received product. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, We will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@abdchoice.com ,with the order number, item names and return reasons. If there are quality issues, please provide photos of the defective parts of the items.

Important note:

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return.

The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package — this is not our return address.

Returns will not be accepted without submitting the request first.

Ensure you are not accidentally returning non-ABDChoice items — we will not be responsible for sending them back.
