Pricing and Currency

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom, including the United States and Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country, and you, as the customer, are responsible for paying them. Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delays, return or disposal of your order, for which we are not liable.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and includes all original tags and packaging together with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at help@abdchoice.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Certain items, including sale items, gift cards, personalised or custom-made products, and certain personal care and hygiene-related items, are non-returnable as set out in our Refund Policy.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item, though your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
